OUR APPROACH
Kennedy & Associates works closely with our disabled claimants and their doctors in order to provide the Social Security Administration with records and, importantly, the specific information required to secure an approval. Applications and appeals are completed over the phone saving our clients the time and trouble of having to go to their Social Security office. We advise claimants on completing Social Security forms and questionnaires thereby easing the pressure so many disabled individuals experience when doing these on their own. If a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge is required, a Representative from Kennedy & Associates accompanies the individual to the hearing.
